The clip transports the viewer back to a simpler, more compassionate place in time, by way of Super 8 footage. Innocence, hope, and discovery are all themes in the song, as well as scenes of friends and neighbours gathering as a community. Altogether they convey a positive feeling by way of nostalgia. There&#8217;s contemporary footage in the clip as well, blending seamlessly with the vintage. We see Graves himself delivering his soulful performance, pleading with listeners to slow down and take time to smell the roses.
