With tight beats and smart, soulful vocals, as well as immensely watchable videos, Belle VEX isn&#8217;t your average artist.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">His latest track, &#8216;Something New&#8217;, comes on the heels of &#8216;Fifteen Minutes Of Fame&#8217;, the six song EP which saw Belle VEX established a dance-pop innovator. His songs are filled with clever wordplay and sharp production, which draws attention to the storytelling. Belle VEX wants you to dance, but at the same time, he wants you to listen to what he has to say.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Random Ad stuff --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2076862002005673\" data-ad-slot=\"3107208401\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<p><script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking about &#8216;Something New&#8217;, Belle VEX says,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI was just tired. Every now and then you come to a point where you just need to take a short break and re-energize yourself, but this was different. This was almost like a career crisis. I felt as if everything that I was doing was pointless and that there was no \u201cgood\u201d ending. This wasn\u2019t depression, just a turning point&#8230;I needed something new. Something to move forward in a new way and see things in a new light. It\u2019s the only way I saw change.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8216;Something New&#8217; sees Belle VEX after a girl on the dancefloor, but he&#8217;s not in for the short term, he&#8217;s daring her to imagine a relationship deeper than just hooking up. Video director Rob Fitzgerald realised that the song needed some swagger, and so he set Belle VEX in the dual roles as both the suitor, romantically chasing the woman of his dreams, and the assessor, casting an eye dispassionately on the potential partners. Belle VEX rises to the challenge, switching between the roles seamlessly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking about the video and working with Fitzgerald, Belle VEX says,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis is the first time I let go of the steering wheel. On all of my other music videos, I was \u201chands on\u201d. I\u2019m talking the camera doesn\u2019t leave my sight. This time I left all of that up to Rob. I distanced myself so far from this video that I was able to just be an artist for once and not have to worry about the back end for a bit. It was a relief to have someone like Rob pick up the reigns because I was so jaded at the time. To me, a video was just a video, but Rob saw more\u2026.
