Touring constantly, they also speak at 80 to 100 high schools every year, and when they see something worth doing, they do it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GOODING have also seen their music getting great exposure, with songs placed on \u2018CSI\u2019, \u2018Portlandia\u2019, and on the trailer for \u2018The Walking Dead\u2019, among other shows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Their new album, \u2018Building The Sun\u2019, was released on September 21 and produced by Matt Wallace, who\u2019s known for his work with Train, Blues Traveler, and Maroon 5, on their Grammy-nominated, \u2018Songs About Jane\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2019Because It Hurts\u2019 is the first track to be released from the album, and it\u2019s frank, funky, and forthright, covering the subject of emotional vulnerability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The video for \u2018Because It Hurts\u2019, is memorable for its imaginative approach to the frame, and its digital effects. It\u2019s a visual metaphor for repressed self-expression, with the lead singer kicking at the edges of the screen, only to find it coming in closer.
