If you can get Iggy Pop to appear in your video then you know you’re onto a good thing, and a lot of people are going to be paying attention to your clip. Iggy is a fan of the music of Death Valley Girls, and so was only too happy to star in the video for their latest track, ‘Disaster (Is What We’re After)’.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

And attention they’ve had, and plenty of it – Rolling Stone Magazine featured the video on their website; Pitchfork, Stereogum, NME, Brooklyn Vegan, and Revolver have all said their piece about the video collab between the Godfather of Punk, and the LA group. Even food website Eater got in on the action<\/a>, calling the clip “the perfect recipe for a mid-week diversion” – the reason for their interest being that Iggy sits at a table with a ketchup bottle, then proceeds to unwrap and eat a hamburger.<\/p>\n
