Featuring beautifully powerful choreography from London-based dance duo Carmine De Amicis and Harriet Waghorn, the new video for \u2018Plastic Oceans\u2019 is a visually compelling expression of the need for change in the way we produce, consume, and dispose of the inexplicable amounts of plastic globally on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking about the track, Tuohy says:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We&#8217;re honoured that our music will\u00a0help raise awareness of one of the greatest environmental challenges of our\u00a0time. Our reliance on single use plastics is\u00a0destroying our oceans, so well\u00a0highlighted by David Attenborough in\u00a0Blue Planet 2.\u00a0As the saying\u00a0goes, \u2018there are plenty more fish in the sea\u2019 but if\u00a0we can\u2019t stem the tide of\u00a0plastic, by 2050 there&#8217;ll be more plastic than fish in our oceans.
