He was the lead singer and guitarist through college for alt-rock band Jonah&#8217;s Rebellion, but has since moved on to a solo career.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Austin moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2013, and started working on his debut album, &#8216;Tusquittee Rain&#8217;, released three years later, in early 2016. the album drew comparisons in the press to Jason Isbell, Ryan Adams, and Amos Lee. He concentrated on building his brand, and will release his new album, &#8216;Long Mile From Home&#8217;, on 10 August.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Random Ad stuff --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2076862002005673\" data-ad-slot=\"3107208401\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<p><script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The album is a collection of songs which repackage familiar stories and sounds, using vintage instruments, and running tracks through old tape machines, resulting in a vintage feel.
