Themes of escapism and mental illness are explored in the clip, with Ryan haunted by mysterious figures in masks. The video gives a compelling representation of what it means to suffer from anxiety, and panic disorder. The video comes full circle, when he once again catches sight of himself in the mirror, and realises he’s been running from himself the entire time.

Find out more about Ryan Rebo on his Facebook and Instagram. ‘Boogieman’, and Ryan’s other music, is available from his official website.

Previously performing under the name ‘Man At War’, Ryan Rebo has released his first music under his own name.
