Nahko has revealed the brand new lyric video for his latest single \u2018Be Here Now\u2019. Taken from his eclectic new album\u00a0My Name Is Bear, \u2018Be Here Now\u2019 reveals a new side to his sound with a gorgeously goofy new lyric video.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2018Be Here Now\u2019 sees Nahko channelling Napoleon Dynamite-esque flair in a retro VHS-recorded home video, featuring killer interpretive dance moves whilst rocking a mullet and aviator frames.<\/p>\n

\u201cAloha Tribe! I’m proud to announce the release of our lyric video for \u2018Be Here Now\u2019. I hope you get a lot of laughs out of it!\u00a0I spent five days choreographing and rehearsing it and I think it came out smashingly.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Bursting with vivacious energy and tender lyrics, the track rings with bright and triumphant funk horns and lush piano as Nahko enacts a heartfelt, hopeful love story.<\/p>\n

\u201cLaughter is the best medicine and I wanted to make a lyric video that would bring that out in our global Tribe.\u00a0So, why not make something that I’m SO not good at!\u00a0 I am definitely not a dancer, but I can certainly be silly.\u00a0 It was pretty hard to choreograph, I’ll be honest.\u00a0 I didn’t know the first thing about it.\u00a0 But, the third day in I began to block things and it came together by the end!\u00a0 \u2018Be Here Now\u2019 was the perfect video to create a lyric video in different languages and let the laughter do the rest.\u00a0Enjoy!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This year, Nahko has embarked on a 30-date headline tour across 6 countries including the USA, Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, and he will be rounding off in the UK from November 30th<\/sup>, with a show at London Islington\u2019s Assembly Hall on Friday December 1st<\/sup>.
