Kristy Chmura, from New Jersey, is an acclaimed and respected figure, and has performed on the harp as part of a trio (Double-Breasted, with a cellist and drummer), as a duo (duel harpists, Harp And Soul), and is now branching out on her own. her debut solo album, ‘Stained…Glass Heart’ features the same inspired songwriting and pop-rock arrangements that have been her signature, and the latest single, Nothing’s Right’, is an emotionally bared track with a dark undercurrent running through it.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

‘Nothing’s Right’ is released with a stunning video, which reinforces the troubled intensity of the song. Together with director Rob Fitzgerald, Kristy takes to the deep woods of the stunning Schiff Nature Preserve, in Mendham, New Jersey. Here they have shot a clip which brings to life the the internal struggles Chmura sings about. In it Kristy encounters different shades of her own personality: the darker, pessimistic side, the pristine white side, showing the enlightened, higher self she wishes to be. She sees a key which offers her the chance to look within, and yet she lacks the courage to grasp hold of it. The clip also features breathtaking scenes of Chmura playing her harp, concentrating, mesmerising, with fingers in motion.<\/p>\n
