Murry Rhodes, from Australia’s Northern Territory, hasn’t been resting on his laurels since releasing his ‘Silhouettes Of Song Vol I’ in December 2016, and on July 20 this year he released not one, but two albums – ‘Silhouettes Of Song II: Stoned And A Little Crazy’ and ‘Silhouettes Of Song III: Forever Never Came’.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Both albums feature a characteristic blend of genres, for which Murry has come to be known.<\/p>\n

Murry Rhodes first purchased a piano to distract himself from the pain of a back injury when he was younger. He poured himself into his music and, following a demand at his live performances, Murry began making music full time, two years ago.<\/p>\n

‘Silhouettes Of Song II’ showcases Murry’s smoky vocal style, and brings a fresh touch to the brilliantly selected track list, including beautiful covers of songs by Bob Dylan, The Animals, The Eagles, and Johnny Cash, among others.<\/p>\n

Volume III, ‘Forever Never Came’ is a more “fireplace-friendly” album, which includes covers of classic songs from artists such as Elvis Presley, Simon & Garfunkel, Frank Sinatra, and Joe Cocker.<\/p>\n

From next month, fans of Murry’s music will be able to purchase a USB packed with multiple albums, and additional material. Registered holders of these USBs will have VIP access to specials and on-line discounts, as well as at Murry’s live performaces.<\/span><\/p>\n
