Bella&#8217;s debut single, &#8216;Daughter&#8217;, is out today, 28 July, and is taken from her forthcoming album, &#8217;10 Songs&#8217;.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bella&#8217;s bluesy, Bossa-Nova inspired tracks are imbued with deeper meaning, and has seen her compared to the likes of Lily Allen, Corrine Bailey Rae, and fellow Brit School alumna, Amy Winehouse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8216;Daughter&#8217; sees Bella take head on the often taboo issue of unwanted sexual advances and misogyny in today&#8217;s society. Her beautiful soulful voice, and extraordinary gift for songwriting, are showcased in the track. The lyrics are poignant &#8211; directed at those who catcall women with no thoughts other than themselves and some misguided sexual gratification &#8211; &#8220;I could be your daughter&#8221;.
