Dropped on 29 June, ‘RSVP’ by New Jersey’s Ant Vibe, real name Anthony Siracusa, is a rhyme-heavy instant classic, strong on the D’n’B while chanelling legendary artists like Eminem.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

‘RSVP’ is the follow-up to Ant Vibe’s 2016 debut, ‘Pupil Music’ EP, and the 23 year old rapper draws from his life experience with heartfelt, yet slightly controversial lyrics on the 16 track album.<\/p>\n

The album covers a range of styles, with tracks such as ‘Fuck Y’all’ being classic rap, while ‘Find Me’ sees its inspiration in R’n’B and even shows hints of the influence of pop.<\/p>\n

‘YngDesperado’ is slightly futuristic in vibe, and is the perfect adjunct to ‘No Mo’ , a more R’n’B infused number.<\/p>\n

The range of influences in this album is massive – ‘Downward’ has a unique sound, reminding us of Japanese music with its marimba-like instrumentation, which is then combined with grimey drum and bass beats, while Ant lays his angry fast-paced rhymes over top.<\/p>\n

Our favourite of all the fifteen tracks is ‘Who Are You?’ again with clever lyrics like “a cashier can’t even change my mind”. There’s some drug references, but overall it’s in keeping with the general introspective feel of the entire album.<\/p>\n
