Singer songwriter Simone Spittle, from Melbourne, Australia, has released the music video for the single, ‘Frozen’, ahead of her debut EP, ‘I Fall Into Clouds Of Dreams’. ‘Frozen’ is available as an instant download with the pre-order of the EP.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A body positive advocate who practices self-love, Simone hopes this single will likewise empower others to take hold of their self worth, in the knowledge that moving forward first needs unconditional self-love.<\/p>\n

Simone took to quirky Melbourne venue, My Beautiful Laundrette (an actual laundromat) to perform ‘I Fall Into Clouds Of Dreams’ in a very intimate performance. The EP is a romantic offering of songs, which showcase her classically trained background.<\/p>\n

Simone Spittle began writing music at an early age, with her inspirations being strong female songwriters such as Adele, Carole King, and Eva Cassidy. It’s testament to her skills as a writer that her music has the ability to bring the listener to laughter and to tears within the space of a song.<\/p>\n

The video opens with Simone floating on a beautiful green ocean, before showing various scenes from her life. Mirrors feature a lot – Simone carries one with her, as do others in the clip, symbolic of how much we are a reflection of what we think others feel about us. Towards the end, she has an epiphany upon seeing an older woman who is living life exactly as she wants. Simone lets go of the mirror and joins her in the ocean, freeing herself of society’s restrictions and living life as she wishes. It’s an empowering message, and one that hopefully many others will take a lot away from.<\/p>\n
