Merideth Grace Puckett might only be thirteen, but she’s definitely a young woman to watch.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Recently returned from New York City, the Paris, Texas teenager has recently released the video to accompany her latest single, ‘Perfect World’. Merideth first came to the attention of the world when a friend recorded her singing Adele’s, ‘Rolling In The Deep’, in her kitchen, which was then uploaded to YouTube. The cover went viral, gaining over 20 million hits. Merideth said,<\/p>\n

\u201cI was shocked! I was expecting maybe 100 people to hear me sing; we went to sleep that night and it was already at 11,000 views. It was amazing!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The video caught the attention of a member of her Church, who alerted a friend in Nashville – none other than Grammy Award-winning producer and writer, Aaron Pearce, known for his work with Celine Dion, Justin Bieber, and Jennifer Lopez, to name just a few. Merideth flew with her parents to meet Aaron, who not only wanted to work with her, but also introduced her to Global Entertainment Management’s Jerry Blair. Blair soon became her manager.<\/p>\n

Merideth continues to fly, having earned herself a spot over the summer on Germany’s ‘Superkids’ TV show. Following this she headed for Hollywood, where she shot the video for her new track, ‘Perfect World’, with scenes on Hollywood Boulevard’s famous Walk of Fame, and Santa Monica Pier.<\/p>\n

Merideth continues to develop her talent, combining it with a strong teen following on social media. She says,<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really cool. I like to write back to the people who comment on what I post, and I try to put up a new video on YouTube every few weeks. It\u2019s hard for me to believe I get to do this, it\u2019s like living in a dream.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
