Reyna Roberts has been a fighter all her life. Born prematurely in Anchorage, Alaska, she was at risk of severe developmental disadvantages, but she proved both doctors and experts alike wrong by finding her voice and turning it into a brilliant gift.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Reyna, now living in Hollywood, still has that fighting spirit, and knows that nothing is a given. She’s thrown herself into the deep end, studying music and classical piano, and at a furious pace. The release of her first single, ‘Lying To Myself’ gave her an entry into the music business, and she followed this up with her first EP, ‘The Beginning’. The EP was inspired by her high school experiences, and because of this she was the perfect artist to appear on the Spring 2016 High School Nation Tour, headlined by Drake Bell.<\/p>\n

‘I’m Coming For Ya’ is possibly the standout track on ‘The Beginning’ EP. The track serves as a warning – don’t cross Reyna, because she is determined. Her vision is resolute and will never be compromised. It’s accompanied by a beautifully shot video, mixing both black and white shots with some colour, and shows Reyna guarding an insubordinate couple, whose crime isn’t established in the video. The scenery switches between a downtown LA loft, to a\u00a0graffitied underpass, where people are firing colour bombs. There’s also a great scene with a bubble gun, that flicks between black and white and colour – the light catching on the gun.<\/p>\n
