His new EP, &#8216;So We Go&#8217;, set for release on November 4, fully illustrates his new direction, a carefully crafted blend of indie, pop, and folk, which will appeal to many, especially in conjunction with his infectious, and downright mesmerising songs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accompanied by a video filled with symbolism &#8211; water is a strong motif, starting with Alex getting into a bath fully clothed, and continuing right through the video with his love interest swimming, to the backdrop behind his band showing a watery theme. Lyrically, water is also visited, with references to drowning, and being in too deep &#8211; it&#8217;s all good in the end though as Alex and his lady are united, albeit still under water.
