‘Lost Reality’, the\u00a0latest single from London-based musician Erwin is an anthemic ballad which examines the journey following a breakup. He examines the depression and self-evaluation that occurs, and the song is an homage to self-healing with the end depicting the inner-strength that can be found, as well as\u00a0the new beginnings and peace.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Set for release on 28 October through EQ Talent, ‘Lost Reality’ is accompanied by a music video shot on location in Cyprus. The video guides the viewer through the evolution of finding calm in the storm, and drawing strength from having to start all over again. The video begins by following two separate characters: one is lost in the vast ocean, while the other is on land, and therefore free. The video’s story arc\u00a0inspires growth despite the loss of love.<\/p>\n

Erwin broke into the pop\/dance scene in 2010, describing his music as a mix of electro pop and Eurodance. He has built an extensive fanbase, with his tracks played on radio stations across Eastern Europe and Ireland. Erwin followed up his success with a mini tour, taking in Gemany, Russia, and the UK.<\/p>\n

Erwin is an independent artist, who was\u00a0been classically trained from the age of five, studying the works of Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, and Heiden. He maintains complete creative control of his career, including the composition and arrangement of his music, and also directs and choreographs all his music videos.<\/p>\n

Perfectionism is Erwin’s strongpoint, and although ‘Lost Reality’ was originally written in 2013, it didn’t come to fruition until the singer connected with Scottish producer, Andy Haldane. They forged their relationship online, and the track is set for release, along with two remixes, on October 28. Erwin’s wide vocal range calls to mind the work of Jake Shears, and especially, Mika.<\/p>\n
