Irish singer songwriter Pete Gardiner’s new single, ‘Pretty Smiles’, is accompanied by a cinematic video, which has been inspired by 50s Film Noir. Released via NUA Entertainment, the video reflects Pete’s love for retro, and was shot in a 1920s bar in Manchester, by award-winning director, Alex Taylor.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The video tells the story of a young bartender who falls in love with a ghost, and showcases Pete’s acting and dancing skills in what’s his first professional shooting experience.<\/p>\n

\u2018Pretty Smiles\u2019\u00a0<\/i>is taken from Pete\u2019s forthcoming debut album produced by\u00a0Mercury Prize<\/b>\u00a0winner\u00a0Tommy McLaughlin\u00a0<\/b>from\u00a0Villagers.\u00a0<\/b>The album is\u00a0due\u00a0for release later this year and mixed by hitmaker\u00a0Ash Howes<\/b>\u00a0– who worked on singles for\u00a0Ellie Goulding<\/b>,\u00a0Kylie Minogue<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Dido<\/b>.<\/p>\n
