This Friday, The Milk House in Sissinghurst launches its sophomore festival of everything worth celebrating in life. Music, food, fun and local beers and ciders will combine for a weekend full of fun.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Four days of music will begin on Friday with Twilight Tunes as singer songwriters Chaz Stapley and Sam Easton take to the terrace before folk rockers The Van Susans launch the weekend in foot stomping style.<\/p>\n

The thematic weekend continues on Saturday as The Milk Fest brings us a family day at the seaside. Acoustic sets from Daniel Rimmer, Valerio, Lysander, Alibi, and I Am Aquitaine will nicely set up Box of Frogs before the excellent Lee Golledge takes to the stage to really bring a taste of the surf to a\u00a0Saturday evening<\/a> in rural Kent. Having seen Lee play before, this is one act you won’t want to miss!<\/p>\n

\"Milk<\/p>\n

Sunday sees the Homegrown & Handmade Fair coming to the Milk House and local handmade fare\u00a0is given a soundtrack of fine local talent with Kyla Stroud, Jack Standen, Nick Eve, The Good Ship Band, Carly Bryant and Raft all on an exuberant Sunday line up.<\/p>\n

Bank Holiday Monday sees the Milk House finishing the weekend in style with music from Caleb Howard Almond, Milky Negro, Tarot Rats and The Jet Black Bees hoping to get everyone dancing as they take advantage of Happy Hour and Pizzas.<\/p>\n

Last year’s Milk Fest was an outstanding success, and it’s great to see Sissinghurst’s Milk House continuing a growing trend for local independent festivals. See you there!<\/p>\n
