\u00a0\"Introflirt‘Temporary Heaven’, by\u00a0Oakland California band,\u00a0Introflirt, is set for release tomorrow, August 12. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

We wrote about Introflirt’s\u00a0song, ‘Frozen Lace<\/a>‘,\u00a0back in June, saying that it was “a downtempo track, synth-led and dreamy” – the entire album is like that, eminently listenable on repeat. If you’re a fan of 80s British new wave music by bands such as Depeche Mode or The Human League, this is for you.\u00a0It’s so much more than that though. Introflirt deal in “croonwave”: they take that 80s new wave sound and drop it into the 1940s, making a whole other genre.<\/p>\n
