Independent Irish singer songwriter Corrina Jaye released her debut EP, ‘Light Will Come’, in August 2013. Her debut single, ‘Dark Room’, received thousands of views and many blog shares, with Cian Walsh from Goldenplec stating,<\/strong><\/h4>\n

“Launching her solo career in style\u2026 it\u2019s just a matter of time until she cracks the mainstream.”<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Similarly, The Irish Daily Star’s Dwayne Woods said of Corrina that she was,<\/p>\n

“destined for the big time”.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She followed up the release with two sold out shows at Dublin’s famous Whelan’s upstairs, and a tour which took Corrina and her band from Waterford, to Galway, and back again to Dublin.<\/p>\n

After remixing ‘Dark Room’ in June 2014, Corrina released her second single, ‘Gold’, which U&I Magazine described as being, “Excellent and magic”. Since that time she has been honing her craft, which includes working hard with many talented musicians, including Swedish electronic music producer, Patrik Svensson (aka PaSv), London based producer, Tom McFall (whose credits include Walking On Cars, REM, and Snow Patrol), and Eoghan Tyrrell, best known for\u00a0Juliet’s Rescue, and Sports.<\/p>\n

Corrina’s music draws comparisons to Florence and the Machine, Lana del Rey, and Jessie Ware, due to\u00a0her sultry sensual vocal style.<\/p>\n
