Filling up the senses with his special blend of electronically fused pop, London based artist\u00a0Lecaud\u00e9 (“Le-co-day”) has released\u00a0his second single from his new EP, Circles’.\u00a0<\/strong>‘Powder Blue’ follows on from the title track, and came out on\u00a0May 16.<\/h4>\n

‘Powder Blue’ combines funky soul and electronica; it’s lyrically driven and infectious, with a catchy rhythm that has both the foot tapping and the head nodding. According to\u00a0Lecaud\u00e9, ‘Powder Blue’ is,<\/p>\n

\u201ca multi-sensory raising of sex to the pedestal of art. I wanted it to be the sonic version of making your own DIY Yves Klein painting at home.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Lecaud\u00e9\u00a0is\u00a0the solo project of producer, songwriter, and singer, Jack Durtnall, who’s previously been the driving creative force behind pop duo, LSBV (Little Shoes Big Voice). This time around he’s broken out on his own, but not just showcasing his catchy pop melodies, but now taking on the lead vocals.\u00a0Lecaud\u00e9 worked on this single with long time co-producer and mixer, Fred Prest.<\/p>\n
