Sunset In The Rearview compared Nick Urb’s voice to Ed Sheeran stating, “Urb\u2019s bittersweet folk ballads center around his artful delivery, leaving just enough space for some production nuance to support the heart-melting quality of his songwriting.”<\/p>\n

Nick Urb’s dedication toward music has always been strong since his earlier days of playing with various bands in Michigan and continuing when he began writing and playing solo. The title track of the new album, ‘Until The End Of Days’ symbolizes Urb’s solidified commitment to pursue music. Urb states,\u00a0\u201cIf you love something, that\u2019s the way it is. Whether good or bad, right or wrong, your mind has been made up.\u201d<\/div>\n

Until The End Of Days was recorded in Hamilton, Ontario at Catherine North Studios which was picked for its amazing natural acoustics. The natural studio environment wonderfully enhanced the raw songwriting emotion in which Nick Urb is known for with his folk songwriting style.<\/div>\n
‘Brothers’ is an intimate finger-picked folk ballad cascaded by the fluid and melodic voice of Nick Urb expressing his deep personal experiences with the belief that the song will forever preserve them. ‘Brothers’ is one of the songs available on the new Nick Urb LP, Until the End of Days, as well as many other great folk ballads. The new batch of songs shows Urb tinkering with odd tunings and lyrically exploring the happiness and hardships of young adult life.<\/div>\n
