The album is available to pre-order, along with the lead single, 'My Heart Never Lies'.&lt;\/strong&gt;&lt;\/h4&gt;\n\n&lt;img src=\"https:\/\/essentiallypop.com\/epop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Stevie-McCrorie-1.jpeg\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1500\" class=\"so-widget-image\" style=\"max-width:100%; height:auto; width:100%; display:block\"&gt;\n\n\n&lt;p style=\"text-align: justify;\"&gt;Stevie didn't enter The Voice himself: his colleagues in the Kirkcaldy fire service did it for him - and we're grateful they did, as all four judges turned for his audition, and with Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson as his mentor, Stevie blazed to victory.&lt;\/p&gt;\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, with the release of&nbsp;his debut album, &#8216;Big World&#8217;, Scottish singer Stevie shows that, in addition to having an extraordinary voice, he is an accomplished songwriter in his own right.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Voice was always a stepping stone to becoming the artist I want to be,\u201d says Stevie. &#8220;I didn&#8217;t want to take the easy route. I wanted to take the harder approach to prove I am a songwriter.&nbsp;The public want to hear something real.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<pre><code>&lt;p style=\"text-align: justify;\"&gt;'Big World' is a brilliant debut album which shows what has been brimming below the surface and waiting to come out. \u2018My Heart Never Lies\u2019 is the perfect introduction to Stevie\u2019s own style&amp;nbsp;and is well worthy of repeat listening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;My mate, who has a daughter, said he started crying to it,\u201d says Stevie. &#8220;That\u2019s what I want the song to do. It&#8217;s about being away from [my daughter] Bibi, however it doesn&#8217;t mention a kid, so it can relate to anybody leaving home.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We really enjoy that Stevie doesn&#8217;t lose his Scottish accent when he sings; it gives his songs further sincerity. Our favourites on the 11 track album are &#8216;Killing Time&#8217; (song number 4) and the title track, &#8216;Big World&#8217;, which follows. Both are catchy pop-rock infectious tracks, with &#8216;Big World&#8217; in particular reminding us a lot of Kodaline.
