A special concert will be held at Farnborough Town Football Club on Saturday January 16, 2016 to raise funds for the\u00a0Forward 4 Wiz Trust<\/a>. F4WT was set up in memory of Darren “Wiz” Brown, frontman of Farnborough band, Mega City 4. Mega City 4 toured the world several times, playing to hundreds of thousands of people, and released 8 albums: never losing sight of their punk roots. F4WT exists\u00a0to provide advice and support to bands and individual artists, by way of mentoring and training, contributing financially where it’s needed most.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\"I<\/p>\n

The concert will feature Farnborough band, I Plead Irony, and Deadcuts, from London.\u00a0Lawrence Arnold and Rauf Jordan, from I Plead Irony, were both in Wiz’s last band, before his untimely passing in 2006.<\/p>\n

\"Deadcuts\"<\/p>\n

Deadcuts feature Mark Keds, whose former band, Senseless Things, were\u00a0close friends and touring partners of Mega City 4 from the late 80s to mid 90s.<\/p>\n
