Electronic outfit The Pinstripe Pigeon Band are set to release their latest EP ‘Sound Asleep’ in August and it looks set to become the soundtrack to everyone\u2019s summer!<\/p>\n

Hailing from Preston the sextet flaunts tones influenced by the likes of Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles and John Coltrane but with their own unique touch. The first taster of what can be expected from the EP has come with latest video Never Be Apart<\/a>. Upon first listen we\u2019re met with electronica mixed with a pop edge and a dash of funkadelia. The structure of this track is infectious for it maintains a slow yet sultry pace with powerful vocals singing of personal experiences.<\/p>\n

Throughout 2013\/14 alone the hard working outfit released five (!) EPs proving that this isn\u2019t a band who are expecting things to be given to them without hard work. With their intriguing line up it allows distinctively different tracks to be created whether it be by changing the tempo, keyboardist or even lyrical theme proving there are truly no limits to the sextet\u2019s talents.<\/p>\n

2015 will see them heading further afield with shows lined up in Manchester and Liverpool later on in the year.<\/p>\n
