Magalie, born in Paris but now based in London, clearly enjoys what she does. She released\u00a0her first single, “First Kiss<\/a>” last year,\u00a0and saw it rack up half a million views on VEVO. She’s got a unique style and fab sense of fun – but she’s a serious hard worker under all that.<\/p>\n

Magalie is signed to Ovation Records, a division of dance label Tribe Records. She spent the spring last year in LA, honing her craft, and is set to release her new single, Love Criminal, this coming Monday, 4 May. It’s an uptempo, bouncy song, which reminds us a lot of Rita Ora – in fact, Magalie herself reminds us of Rita – not a bad thing!<\/p>\n

Currently in the studio writing with Warner’s\u00a0hotly tipped DJ\/production duo, GTA, Magalie’s \u00a0album is due for release later this year, and features some really great tracks, including anthemic club banger, “Heart of Hearts” and “Tonight”, an intimate but uplifting tune, which will reveal more about the artist behind the music.<\/p>\n
