She has collaborated with some amazing artists, such as Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross and Smokey Robinson. In 1985 she reunited with songwriter Burt\u00a0Bacharach to record “That’s What Friends Are For” with her long-term friends Elton John, Gladys\u00a0Knight and Stevie Wonder. The single became a huge hit around the world, raising funds and awareness for the AIDS cause, which she still supports.<\/p>\n
Fellow Grammy winner Roberta Flack is often hailed as the greatest songstress of our time. Who can forget such tracks as “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face” and “Killing Me Softly With His Song”.
