Independent Singer Songwriter Emily Silver To Release New Single ‘Feel The Flames’ 16 July

With clear inspiration from the likes of P!nk, City and Colour, and Queen, independent London singer songwriter Emily Silver is set to drop her new single, ‘Feel The Flames’ tomorrow, July 16.

The artist, whose vocals fall somewhere between P!nk and Adele, while retaining a flavour all her own, started singing at a young age, has gone on to perform on stage at such prestigious venues as the O2 Arena, and The Royal Albert Hall.

‘Feel The Flame’ has been co-written by Emily and Brit Award winning songwriter, Simon Ellis, who’s known for his work with Britney Spears, Spice Girls, and S Club 7, among others.

“I wrote ‘Feel The Flames’ after the first lockdown we went through last year. I wanted to write a song that was super fun and upbeat and focused on escaping, living outside the lines and having a good time above all else. After all the struggle everyone has been through in the past year, I hope ‘Feel The Flames’ brings joy and a sense of escape to whoever listens to it!”

The up tempo electronic instrumentals of ‘Feel The Flames’ provide the perfect showcase for Emily Silver’s strong, pure vocals, and the song serves as an excellent introduction to this artist, who clearly has a very bright future in music. The track feels like it could do well at the Eurovision Song Contest, and if Emily fancies it, we recommend she throws her hat in the ring for 2022!
