Snypa & Lil Duke – ‘No Kizzy’

We’ve written about Snypa before, a man who can’t seem to drop a single without making a hit. He says, “Real Music comes from the soul, and it comes from the South”, and that southern hip-hop sound and mentality runs strong in Snypa’s blood. His new single, ‘No Kizzy’, sees him in collaboration with Lil Duke, who with the same southern no-nonsense approach lets his flow take over the second verse. Produced by WRAITHTALK Entertainment’s very own 31, who’s not yet 20 but is caring a path for himself for others to follow, ‘No Kizzy’ is masterful and pulls no punches.

The clip for ‘No Kizzy’ sees the kings hold court, literally. At the centre of their performance is a gold throne, complete with lions’ heads at the armrests, while a harem of dancers sprawl over and sway on the throne, running their own show while the men spit their verses. 31 makes an appearance as well, proving that this is a trifecta not to be trifled with. The clip is stark with the untouched white background ensuring the focus is on the main players. ‘No Kizzy’ offers something a little different every time you come back to it; there’s nothing fancy, just raw energy that hits a mood every time you listen.
