Sian Punnett Releases Debut Single, ‘Heat’

London born, but currently living in North Wales, singer songwriter Sian Punnett found her inspiration in her reminiscences of life before the Covid-19 pandemic, and her official debut single, ‘Heat’, reflects much of the RnB energy we miss so much from the bar and club scene.

The song explores themes of female independence and liberation, and calls to mind the music of Beyoncé, and Destiny’s Child, along with other empowering female artists, such as Britney Spears. The song is a clarion call to all the single ladies to unite, and serves as a fiery expression for all women to play by their own rules.

Sian has been making music indepenently since 2012, with her inspirations including pop icons of the past and present, including Michael Jackson, Ariane Grande, and JoJo. It is in RnB however that Sian is definitely making her own mark, and we look forward very much to her upcoming album, which is currently in progress.
