Homage 2 Rhythm Releases Video For Latest Single ‘World of Change’

‘World Of Change’ is the new single from dance pop duo, Homage 2 Rhythm. The song, written during the Covid-19 Pandemic, nonetheless is very positive, with the aim of encouraging the listener to have the strength to embrace who they are, and love themselves for that.

Homage 2 Rhythm are made up of John Evans, and Lee Ruocco. John was formerly a member of 80s New Romantic band, National Pastime, while Leo brings his visual and graphic design talents to the group, breathing life into John’s music.

Their high energy is evident in the accompanying video clip, which features breakdancers feeling the rhythms of the 80s vibed EDM track. There’s something about it that reminds us of Black Box’s ‘Ride On Time’, but maybe that’s just us. What do you think?

The upbeat electronic instrumentals of ‘World Of Change’ are supported by the sparse lyrics, which provide enough detail to the song, while not overpowering the music itself. The overall vibe is one of 80s hip hop, blended with modern pop and dance music, making it altogether a super-catchy song.
