TAMuzik Releases Latest Single, ‘Beiman’

London-based composer, songwriter, and record producer, TAMuzik, draws influence from Hip Hop, R&B, Drum n Bass, Grime, Trap, and EDM. The artist helped pioneer the UK sound, “Urban Bangla”, between 2007 and 2010, along with a collective of other British Bengali artists, from the East London region. TAMuzik was also inspirational in the creation of “Betar Bangla UK”, the only 24 hour radio station which serves the Bangladeshi community, outside of Bangladesh.

TAMuzik took a break from the music industry to pursue other interests, but with new single, ‘Beiman’, which sees him collaborate with Redz, and Rd1, he’s ready to step back into the scene, bringing with him the exciting new projects he’s been working on with other artists.

‘Beiman’ takes its name from the Bengali word for “dishonest”; the track shines the spotlight on humanity’s pre-disposition to be dishonest, and fuses modern music styles, along with those of Bangladesh, and its music. The track is set to create a buzz in the Urban Bangla scene, particularly because of the featured vocalists.

The track comes with a cinematic music video which incorporates dance as well as the catchy track that will have you bopping away from the first notes. The clip also includes English subtitles, but even if you’re not able to understand Bengali, you will still appreciate the rhythms and poetic style of the language.

Stream and download ‘Beiman’ here, and watch the music video below. You can find out more about TAMuzik online on Facebook, and Instagram.
