Toryia Releases Latest Pop Single, ‘Marilyn’

Set for release this Friday, 25 September, Latvian born singer songwriter’s latest single, ‘Marilyn’, is an empowering message to be yourself for women all over the world.

An electro pop track, ‘Marilyn’ will remind listeners of the likes of Madison Beer, Ariana Grande, and Mabel. The song follows on from Toryia’s previous release, ‘Bad Trip‘, which she released earlier in the summer. The new single is infectious and upbeat, and will help us all to hold onto those last remaining moments of summer.

Now based in London, Toryia cites her inspirations as including Aaliyah, Brandy, and Beyoncé, among others, while her music is a blend of R&B, Soul, Trap, and Pop. She has always found solace in her music, and kept a positive outlook throughout her musical journey, and years of rigorous discipline, and hard work to make a living from the arts.

Toryia takes as her mantra, “no matter how slow you go – as long as you keep moving” to inspire her whenever she feels she’s not making enough progress. With that in mind, and tracks such as ‘Marilyn’, she hopes to provide other creatives with the the inspiration to do as she has done – to follow their hearts and passions.

‘Marilyn ‘ is available to pre-save here. You can find out more about Toryia online on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram , Spotify, Soundcloud, and Apple Music.
