Pop Rocker Andy Weeks Releases Latest Single ‘Loving You Too Long – Remix’

‘Loving You Too Long – Remix’ is the latest single from pop rock artist, Andy Weeks, who is based in Bristol. The song started off with a beat around which the lyrics were written, while the rhythm drives the track to the hearts of the listeners.

Andy Weeks is a consummate musician, and plays all instruments on the track, which he recorded in his home studio. ‘Loving You Too Long’ is an up tempo track, with each aspect of the mix given its own focus; although on the surface it appears to be guitar-led, there is equal weight given to Weeks’ vocals, and the strident percussion. It’s a superb showcase of his talent. Having gigged in covers bands throughout his career, Weeks started releasing his own songs last year, from a stash he’d written over the past 2 decades. In addition to creating every aspect of the ‘Loving You Too Long – Remix’, Andy also crafted a montage video to accompany the release. In these days of isolation, it’s fantastic to see artists who take on the Do It Yourself approach, and who are truly Indie.

Andy’s music has so far garnered more than 4,500 streams, and has seen international support from Slacker Radio, in the US. On top of that, BBC Bristol DJ Adam Crowther, who discovered Andy by way of BBC Upload, featured his most recent release on his show.
