Today saw the return of The Vamps! After a year of not releasing any music, they dropped their new single “Married In Vegas” which is now available to stream here. Not only that, but the band also filmed a remarkable music video alongside it which you can watch below:
“Married In Vegas” signifies the rebirth of The Vamps. Alongside the single release, they also announced that their fans will be able to hear their fifth studio album from the 16th of October. Get you your countdown ready because new music is coming your way!
Earlier in the year, their upcoming album “Cherry Blossom” was sent away, all done and dusted ready for the world to hear. Then, one night during the lockdown, Brad was on a Zoom call with producer Lostboy. Long story short, after a few hours (and a few drinks), “Married In Vegas” was born.
Since their debut, multi-platinum album, “Meet The Vamps” in 2014, Brad, Connor, Tristan, and James found themselves in a continuous flow of album releases and tours. They found themselves back in the same routine when starting their fifth studio album. Last summer, they decided to scrap all the earlier work they created for it and start from scratch.
In “Cherry Blossom,” we’ll see a project that has been lead by the band themselves. Brad says;
“We’d be lying if we said we didn’t want it to go out into the world and be received positively, but ultimately we love it so much, and that feeling of self-fulfilment is so exciting. These are songs that really touch on parts of our lives. The songs mean that little bit more.”
