Announcing Today – Rochester Castle Concerts: Jools Holland, TheLibertines, The Jacksons, Ub40 – July 8 – 11th 2020

Rochester Castle, on the east bank of the River Medway in Rochester, Kent, features a beautiful 12th-century tower, which is one of the best preserved in England. Serving as a strategically important royal castle it helped protect England’s South-East coast from invasion during the late mediaeval period.

The English Heritage property is surrounded by stunning gardens, and will be once again open its doors to an entirely different kind of invasion this Summer, when hundreds of delighted music lovers come to Rochester for a series of four concerts to be held 8-11 July. Some of the biggest names from the UK and the USA will be performing in the castle grounds, thanks to concert and festival promoters AGMP, who established the London-based Innervisions Festival back in 2018, as well as promoted tours for a huge array of A list artists, including, but by no means limited to; Prince, James Brown, Eminem, Black Eyed Peas, Van Morrison, Faithless, and George Clinton.

AGMP are pleased to present Jools Holland, The Libertines, The Jacksons and UB40, with supporting acts to be announced at this year’s events at Rochester Castle.
