Pop Songwriter Livvy K Releases Latest Single ‘Way I Do’

Currently on a schools tour, and performing at Croston Festival in March, pop singer songwriter Livvy K made her debut in 2018, and clearly has a bright future ahead. Her latest single, ‘Way I Do’, is out now.

Livvy K is a passionate young artist, whose vocal performance goes well beyond her years. When paired with the catchy pop beat and high production values of ‘Way I Do’, she compels the listener to get up and dance and even sing along. Livvy K, who co-wrote ‘Way I Do’ with John Gillette and Soli Ridge, lyrically draws on her experience of performing in Las Vegas with dance crew, The Killas Projekt, which is where she also recorded ‘Way I Do’.

‘Way I Do’ sees Livvy K’s vocals supported by an electronic instrumental, which primarily focuses on beats and other synth rhythms. The dancefloor ready song has a tropical feel, and opens with some very pleasing finger clicking, which gives way to the percussive elements. It’s the perfect complement to Livvy K’s soft and seductive voice.

Besides singing and songwriting, Livvy K also models and dances, and released her debut EP in 2018, which saw her receive airplay on BBC Introducing.

Additionally, Mental Health is a subject close to her heart, and because of this she has joined with UK mental health charities, MIND, and Men Unite, in order to release her previous single, ‘Broken’, which she wrote to raise awareness of the importance of mental health.

You can find Livvy K online on Facebook, and Instagram. Listen to more of her music on Soundcloud, and Spotify.
