New Circuit3 Synthpop Electropop Single – ‘Safe To Sleep’

‘SAFE TO SLEEP’ by Irish artist CIRCUIT3 is set for release on August 24th in all digital stores, streaming platforms and limited edition CD.

With echoes of Gary Numan in the sound and a subtle tribute to The Buggles in the video, ‘Safe To Sleep’ is the lead single from the much anticipated Circuit3 album, ‘The Price Of Nothing & The Value Of Everything’, which will be released later this year on Diode Records.

The follow-up to the critically acclaimed and sold out LP ‘siliconchipsuperstar’ the new album offers electro pop and synthpop for fans of crafted songwriting, bleeps, beats & synthy ear candy.  Undeniably influenced by the 1978-1982 classic era of electronic pop.

Speaking of the new album, Circuit3 says,

“My debut album sold out… so I spent all the money on more synths…Why not?”

On ‘Safe To Sleep’ you can truly hear the Moog oscillators sing & sync while the Linndrum beats out a perfect rhythm.

The lyrics were inspired by a nightmare in which Circuit3’s LA-based songwriting partner Brian was visited in his dream by a leather-clad Martin Gore (we’ve all had that nightmare, surely?).  From there Circuit3 wrapped a dark story around a synthy track.

“I’m only safe when I am sleeping…don’t wake me now”

Released on August 24th in all digital stores, streaming platforms and on a limited edition CD Single featuring bonus remixes at Circuit3’s Bandcamp site.
