Jonas Blue ft Theresa Rex – ‘What I Like About You’

Released today on Positiva/Virgin EMI Records, Jonas Blue’s latest single, ‘What I Like About You’ features vocals by Danish pop artist Theresa Rex. The single follows on from his previous smash, ‘Polaroid‘, featuring Liam Payne, and his debut album, ‘Blue’.

Five time BRIT Award nominee Jonas Blue burst onto the scene with his cover of Tracy Chapman’s classic, ‘Fast Car’, and has since that time accumulated more than 7 billion streams, 38 million singles sales, and 4 singles in the UK top 5. He’s also been certified platinum around the world with his songs, ‘Rise’, ‘Mama’, and ‘Perfect Strangers’ in addition to ‘Fast Car’. Not long ago Jonas launched a record label, Blue Future, and spent his summer playing festivals around the world, including a very successful residency at Hï Ibiza. He’s worked on remixes and collaborations for the likes of Ellie Goulding, Becky Hill, MK, James Bay, and Sabrina Carpenter.

‘What I Like About You’ is an upbeat dance track, an absolute banger which is sure to find its way to both the clubs and the radio. Theresa Rex is instantly recognisable as the distinctive vocalist on Martin Jensen’s ‘Solo Dance‘, as well as her own single, ‘Wild Ones‘, which she released in October last year. The track is a nice surprise from Jonas, given his ‘Blue’ album was only released in November. As yet it’s not been revealed if this is a stand alone single, or a precursor to his second album, but it’s an exciting tease as to what else Blue might have up his sleeve for 2019.

‘What I Like About You’ is available now to buy and stream here. Find out more about Jonas Blue on his official website, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
