JOHN NEWMAN Returns With New Single ‘FEELINGS’

John Newman has been one of the major breakthrough artists in the UK in recent years, and with his distinctive voice, the writer and performer of some of the biggest anthems, including his three number one singles, ‘Feel The Love’, ‘Love Me Again’, and ‘Blame’. After a short hiatus, John is back with release of his brand new single, ‘Feelings’.

The track, released on Island Records, was co-written by John and the BLNK Collective, in Sweden, best known for writing the Chainsmokers track, ‘Paris’, Jedward’s ‘Luminous’. and ‘Sexual’ for NEIKED. The track was co-produced by John, alongside up and coming Swedish producer, Jarly, who is already known for co-producing ‘Lullaby‘, and ‘Came Here For Love‘, for long time John Newman collaborator, Sigala.

John Newman has had a staggering 2 billion global streams across audio and video sites, and when taking into consideration his collaborations, streaks well past the 4.5 billion stream mark. He took a well earned break after the 2015 release of his highly acclaimed ‘Revolve’ album, the follow up to his platinum selling number 1 debut, ‘Tribute’. Additionally, he took time to recover from a health issue, and regroup as to what it was he wanted to say with his music, and how he wanted to say it. Although ‘Revolve’ was mostly recorded in LA, it soon became clear that John’s heart lay in the UK, and he relocated to the Kent countryside, where he’s since been busy in the studio, writing and recording new music.

‘Feelings’ is upbeat and dancey, with John’s voice in fine form. You can stream and download it here. Find John Newman online on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as his official website.
