Aktiveight, Connor Buckmaster – ‘I’m The Blame’

With five years of producing behind him, Aktiveight is a newcomer to the electronic music scene, but is nonetheless making an impact. His latest single, ‘I’m The Blame’, sees him collaborating with Connor Buckmaster, in a chilled and laid back EDM track.

Aktiveight, real name Nate Rodriguez, attended Dubspot NYC and placed in the top 15 of the “Steve Aoki Delirious Remix Contest”. Aktiveight developed his skills in the studio while experimenting with different genres, including hip hop, disco, and electro. His preference however, is a more melodic, future-bass sound.

‘I’m The Blame’ is a chilled laid back track, opening up with atmospheric chords, and underpinned by a strong future-bass beat. There’s loads of uplift and synthy vibes with mesmerising vocals provided by Connor Buckmaster.
