The Tailormade Touring Across UK Alongside Release Of ‘Mr Perfect’

‘Mr Perfect’ is the latest track from The Tailormade, who we first came across back in 2015. Comprising Jack Frimston, Matt Pickersgill, and Aaron Murphy, the indie-pop trio are currently in the midst of their ‘Coffee House Sessions’ Tour, and will be performing in London on Friday 19 January, at Queen Mary University and University College London, and Sunday 21st, at Camden Market (3pm) and Paper Dress Vintage, Hackney at 6.30pm.

The Tailormade have made a lot of noise in the UK underground music circuit since winning hearts of the public and celebs alike while busking in Tube stations around the nation’s capital. In 2015 they were crowned London’s ‘Best Buskers’ by then Mayor Boris Johnson, and they’ve since been tipped for great things by the likes of Gary Lineker, Phil Clifton from XFM, and actor Emma Thompson, who fondly referred to the group as “the dog’s bollocks”, when she stopped to listen to them (and of course throw some money in their hat).

2017 saw the guys spend their summer playing to crowds of over 15,000, supporting other artists including Olly Murs, Madness, Jess Glynne, Mullally, and the legend that is Tom Jones. They’re currently on tour to support ‘Mr Perfect’, an uptempo pop song with a Northern Soul vibe, which reminds us of The Housemartins.
