deadmau5 surprise releases ‘Legendary’ with UK rap/ hip hop artist Shotty Horroh ahead of UK festival dates

Dance music phenomenon deadmau5 dropped his brand new single, collaborating with UK hip hop/rap star, Shotty Horroh. The track, ‘Legendary’, is out today on mau5trap.

Once again deadmau5 pushes the musical boundaries in his teaming with Manchester artist, Shotty, for the suprise launch of ‘Legendary’, which comes ahead of deadmau5’s appearances tonight and tomorrow night at Creamfields, and the SW4 Festival, held on Clapham Common, this Sunday.

‘Legendary’ is outside of deadmau5’s usual sound: while still encorporating his signature electronic melodies, the track is heavy and dark, with Shotty’s voice adding an edge of Grime.

Although the release has been a surprise, fans may have already heard the track, as he’s added into his live sets over the past few months, as part of his Cube live show.

Stream and download ‘Legendary’ here.
