Lauta Announces Release Of New Single ‘Free Falling’

Born and raised in Ukraine but now relocated to Paris, singer songwriter Lauta has announced the release of her new single, ‘Free Falling’. The track is her first solo effort since leaving the girl group, Hollywood FM.

‘Free Falling’, set for release on May 5, features d’n’b rhythms, with EDM and pop hooks, all underpinned by the driving force of Lauta’s vocals.

Lauta credits the rich musical heritage of Ukraine as inspiring her passion for music. Due to the political uncertainty in her home country, she relocated to Paris, and had to rebuild her life in order to continue pursuing her dream. ‘Free Falling’, recorded in Paris at Question de Son studio, is inspired by this:

“My latest tracks are about rebirth – an exciting new phase which gives the feeling of being in free fall! Sometimes, it’s actually a crisis that makes you who you are. I learned to create everything from scratch, and I feel like I’m living in flight. It’s all a story, building, building, building… and I know that there are no boundaries.”

‘Free Falling’ will be available on all digital platforms, and is the first release from Lauta’s eponymous debut EP, set to come out later this year.
