Julius Cowdrey Single Launch, Barts, Chelsea Cloisters, 5 December

Julius Cowdrey launched his new single, ‘7 Roads (I See You)’ on Monday 5th December, at the very exclusive Barts, in London’s Chelsea Cloisters.

The event was jam-packed, with music journalists, friends, family, and Made In Chelsea co-stars in attendance. The room was filled to capacity by the time Julius sat down at his keyboard at about 8.30, a hush descending as he started to play.

The launch was short but sweet, with Julius performing three songs, the first a cover of ‘Sexual’ by Neiked, which he preceded with an apology to his mother! You can hear Julius singing this on his YouTube channel:

Julius followed this with the very stirring and beautiful ‘7 Roads (I See You)’, which of course was the song we’d all come to hear.

Julius kept us all enthralled as he hit the high notes with ease and showed just how skilled he is when it comes to piano and vocals. The last song of the three, ‘Go’, required some audience participation in the chorus, which we all threw ourselves into wholeheartedly.

In all it was a very good evening, and we look forward to hearing more music from Julius.
