Wyvern Lingo Join Hozier’s UK Tour Plus New EP

Wyvern Lingo 1Touring as special guests on Hozier’s UK tour which starts in January next year, Irish trio Wyvern Lingo are set to release their debut UK EP to coincide with the dates.

Made up of Karen Cowley (vocals, keyboards, synth bass), Caoimhe Barry, vocals and drums, and Saoirse Duane – also singing, as well as playing guitar, Wyvern Lingo toured with Hozier in May this year. Karen and Caoimhe were early members of his touring band, with Karen featuring in a duet, ‘In A Week’, on Hozier’s multi-platinum eponymous debut album.

The trio have been recording with Sierra Leonean R&B producer, Patrice Bart-Williams, known for working with Selah Sue, Keziah Jones, and Cody ChestnuTT. Their debut UK EP has been mixed in Paris by Philippe Weiss, and will be released on February 12.

Wyvern Lingo will be touring with Hozier on the following dates, and headline their own show at London’s Lexington on 3 February:
