The film reunites the original’s creative team, Meg Leonard and Nick Moorcroft, as they co-direct from their screenplay co-written with Piers Ashworth. The film is the sequel to the UK box-office smash hit FISHERMAN’S FRIENDS based on the heart- warming true story about the sea-shanty singing group. The film sees Irish singer songwriter Imelda May in her cinematic acting debut.
