Broke Royals – ‘Saint Luxury’

Broke Royals have been making music together since 2014, each song makes use of the vulnerability and exposure we all experience as humans trying to get along in life. Their latest single, ‘Saint Luxury’, is no less relatable than any of the other of their songs we’ve written about over the years, which have included ‘As Long As I Can See’, ‘Higher’, ‘Bad Chemicals’, and their seasonal release from last year, ‘The Christmas Cookie Blues’.

Philip Basnight and Colin Cross, from Washington DC met in 2014 when Colin asked Philip to record at Unkept & Overcaffeinated studios. From there the project which became Broke Royals, blossomed naturally, and somewhere along the way, the pair started a band, and somehow…inspired Thailand.
