Laura Davies – ‘Do You Feel?’

Laura Davies is a 16 year old singer/songwriter set to make her debut on the EDM scene. In the production of her new song, ‘Do You Feel?’, which sees her collaborate with Tyrone C, she brings a simplicity and elegance to the track through her lyrics.

Compared to Billie Eilish because of her ethereal vocals and mature approach to music, Laura is much more than that however, as she breathes life into the more mainstream instrumentals. With a unique style and creative vision, Laura Davies is a standout artist, and should definitely make it big in the industry.

‘Do You Feel?’ takes the listener into a hypnotic state of mind. It’s an otherworldly EDM dance mix which sees the singer’s melodic choruses combined with Tyrone C’s dark, warped vocals. ‘Do You Feel?’ is a dreamy haze which is placed somewhere between the vibe of an underground club, and spinning out of control through space.

The track has the gentle, warm, grounding presence of Laura Davies, while with Tyrone C we are taken on a mysterious trip into the unknown.

The music video captures this unique sound through hauntingly beautiful shots and visuals. The video however takes a dark turn as the electronic instrumentals kick up: a dagger is raised to the camera, while flashes of blood, police lights, and Laura Davies dressed as a ghost fill the shots. By the end of the video, you’re left with a pang of emptiness and yearning for more.
